The Oxford dictionary defines a conqueror as “a person who conquers a place or people”. This definition aptly describes “Conkarah”, recording artiste from Kingston, Jamaica.

Conkarah aka Nicholas Murray was born in Kingston, Jamaica to his British mother and Jamaican father. Growing up in a culturally diverse home gave this musician a reason to want to explore the world. After successfully receiving his degree in Broadcasting at The University of Charleston, West Virginia – Conkarah set out to begin his musical journey.

To date, Conkarah has successfully completed two world tours conquering the hearts of fans in Europe, Asia, The Caribbean and the Pacific - including countries and islands such as Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Belize, Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu just to name a few.

Conkarah’s YouTube channel boasts over 120 million combined views, as well as over 425 thousand subscribers. His unique covers of Billboard chart toppers have gone viral introducing millions of music listeners around the world to reggae music. His reggae cover of Adele’s hit single ‘Hello’ with young Solomon Island recording artiste Rosie Delmah currently has over 70 million views on YouTube and was also the number one global viral stream on Spotify.
