Raised on a sonic sustenance of vintage soul, jazz, reggae and blues, Kattimoni's vibrant, free spirited nature radiates through her uplifting, energetic songs, capturing the passion and essence of old-school RnB with driving, deep Funk rhythms, luscious Jazz infused melodies and powerful, raw Soul vocals. Fronting a fiery 9 piece band featuring culturally diverse artists from around the globe and produced by Egyptian guitarist and sought-after sound engineer, Bisho Brown, (Andy Allo, T.S. Monk and YolanDa Brown).

One of the juiciest new soul acts in Melbourne’s thriving music scene, her latest single release, 'Aint Gonna Give Up' premiered on Melbourne radio stations - PBS FM with 'Soultime' Legend, Vince Peach and Triple R FM's 'Get Down' Guru, Chris Gill and follows the success of her first single 'Go Around Come Around' which premiered at #4 on the Triple J Unearthed charts and received airplay on radio stations across the nation.

Kattimoni has spread the high-vibe soul sound across the Australian festival circuit in recent years including highlights at; The National Multicultural Festival, Moomba Festival, Melbourne White Night, Rainbow Serpent, St Kilda Festival, Moonee Valley Festival, Sounds of Summer Festival, Nightjar Festival and countless Melbourne music venues including; The Night Cat, Cherry Bar, The Toff and the Evelyn Hotel earning themselves a nomination for 'Best Melbourne Soul Act' in the 2016 Cherry Awards alongside Aussie Soul legends; The Bamboos, Kylie Auldist and Cookin' on 3 Burners.

A passion for culture, community and connection and a thirst for universal knowledge, wisdom and inspiration, Kattimoni has travelled extensively and been influenced by a diversity of music and culture throughout her life. She recorded backing vocals for Malawian artist, David Marama's 2017 album 'Another Day' featuring Lamine Sonko (Senegal), performed with reggae afro-beat band, Blak Roots (Congo) and Ras Jah Know (Cape Verde).

She is also a vocalist in 7 piece multicultural samba reggae band, 'Sol Nation'. Performing an inspiring, high-energy melting pot of reggae, samba, funk, salsa, East Timorese folk and African dance music with a strong global conscience, she has toured nationally and internationally (Timor Leste, Malaysia) with Sol Nation, delivering one of the most exuberant, colourful and intoxicating live shows in Australia.

Dedicated to empowerment, transformation and social change, Kattimoni is a Feminine Leadership Coach, Psychotherapist, Artist Mentor and Founder of 'Empress'. She has been a guest speaker at events such as International Women's Day, Harmony Day and facilitated workshops and programs with community groups, organisations and individuals throughout Melbourne.
